QA/QC Introduction

1. Chemical Composition: we control the contents of chemical compositions to up to the standard from the below stages: blending before smelt,testing during smelt in stove,ingot testing. If the testing result
  is unqualified, it will be smelted again; if qualified, we will go to next stage.  Detection equipment: spectrum analyzer,  .

2.Surface:When rolling, we control the temperature in order to avoid burned; from ingot,break down, hot rolling, pickling to cold drawing, we polish it for each stage to avoid the crack on surface.


3.Size: we check and replace the mould periodically and the measure instruments are also submitted to examine periodically. We measure the size on each stage of hot rolling and cold drawing. Measure instruments:micrometer,tape.

4.Straightness: The bars and pipes are aligned twice before leaving our factory except wires. Equipment:straightener.
